This policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use on telosb2b.com, why we use them and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They let the site remember things, such as your cookie choices or whether you have already seen a form. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in the same way, and we use the word “cookies” to cover them all.
Cookies set by the website you are visiting are called first-party cookies. Cookies set by another organisation’s service used on the site are called third-party cookies.
How we use cookies
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), we must ask for your consent before setting any cookie that is not strictly necessary.
- Strictly necessary cookies make the site work, for example by remembering your cookie choice or keeping an administrator logged in. These do not need consent.
- Functional cookies remember choices you make, such as closing a pop-up form, so we do not keep showing it to you.
- Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics 4, and it only runs if you click to accept analytics cookies. Until you do, no analytics cookies are set.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We also self-host our fonts, so your browser does not connect to Google Fonts.

Ordinary visitors will usually only receive the cookie consent cookies, the Thrive Leads cookies and, if you accept, the Google Analytics cookies. The WordPress and Elementor cookies are only set for our own team when logged in to manage the site.
Google Analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are popular, how people find our site and how they move around it. This helps us improve our content.
- Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses. IP addresses are used only to work out an approximate location and are then discarded.
- We keep analytics data for 14 months.
- Google may process this data in the US. These transfers are covered by the UK-US Data Bridge or Google’s Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

Changing your cookie choices
When you first visit our site, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. You can accept or decline, and the site works fully either way.
After you have made a choice, a “Manage cookies” link appears on the page. Click it at any time to reopen the banner and change or withdraw your consent. If you withdraw consent, we will stop setting analytics cookies from that point. To remove analytics cookies already on your device, clear them in your browser settings.
Controlling cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you view, block and delete cookies. If you block all cookies, some parts of our site may not work as expected, and we will not be able to remember your cookie choice. You can find instructions for common browsers here:
